Day Pitney called us to deal with a special situation: their current landlord urgently wanted to buy out their lease. They needed help with that negotiation as well as quick results in finding prestigious quarters elsewhere. We worked out terms with the landlord so that the earlier they moved out, the greater the payout would be. Then we arranged for them to take two floors in 7 Times Square as their new headquarters, with a design-build fast track approach that had the space ready for occupancy in just four months.
