Hale & Dorr first retained us in 1990 to negotiate the lease of close to 400,000 square feet in 60 State Street in Boston, which has benefits that they are still enjoying.

When they decided to establish a major office in New York, they needed to be able to open for business immediately. We arranged for instant occupancy in pre-built space in the Chrysler Building with the right to surrender whenever they found suitable space for the long term. We negotiated an excellent deal, with the same owners, for prestigious offices in 300 Park Avenue.

Wilmer Cutler Pickering was located in 399 Park Avenue. When the two firms consolidated there after the merger, we arranged for the disposition of the space in 300 Park Avenue.

We continue to advise the firm on many of its real estate requirements.
