| When the leaseholder of the World Trade Center complex claimed that the attack was two attacks and therefore constituted two insurance claims, that assertion gave rise to the largest piece of real estate litigation in history. We were retained by law firms representing the insurers as an expert witness to help in disputing the leaseholder’s position. We prepared detailed reports, gave depositions, and advised our client appropriately. To date, the outcome has been almost completely in our clients’ favor.
