This first-tier law firm retained us to handle the negotiation of its lease in Boston, Massachussetts in 1990 and again in 2004. In the interim, we also handled the firm’s entry into the New York City market in 1992 (in joint venture with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison) and in 1999 when the firm leased several floors at a premier Park Avenue building.
As with most of our transactions, the leases were flexible and favorable, enabling our client to take advantage of changes in market conditions and their own circumstances.
